FREE QUOTE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) If and only after a written quote is accepted by the customer, within the specified time frame after the quote is submitted, the relevant quotation fee will be wavered by us, Wilcor Maintenance.
2) The relevant amount of the quotation fee will depend on where (geographically) the premises for such a meeting to establish an estimate, is situated. The distance required for travelling to the customer premises from the premises of Wilcor Maintenance as indicated on this website, will be used to determine the required quotation fee.
3) A reasonable time frame will be indicated for acceptance of the quote. If the customer decides not to accept the provided written quote, then the customer will be required to pay the relevant quotation fee.
4) These conditions will be adhered to as per any quote request where a site visit is required and no exclusions will be entertained.
5) The owner of Wilcor Maintenance retains the privilege to alter the fee from time to time according to the fluctuations in fuel and travelling prices.
